· What is the difference between the normal unlimited ADSL bundles and the Unlimited light ADSL bundles?

Unlimited light bundles are new ADSL bundles from Etisalat having the same quality and experience of the normal unlimited bundles, but with convenient fair usage less than the original unlimited that will give the customer flexibility to enjoy all the benefits of unlimited with a convenient price, which allow the customer to control his expenses in additional to some new futures like the reset option that will allow the customer to enjoy his original speed after reaching the FU.

· What are the speeds/specifications of unlimited light bundles?

- Unlimited light speeds :

1- Speed: 512 Kbps

Fair usage: 4 GBs

Bundle cost: 65 LE/Month

2- Speed 1 Mbps

Fair usage: 8 GBs

Bundle cost: 85 LE/Month

3- Speed Max speed the line can handle up to 4 Mbps

Fair usage: 20 GBs

Bundle cost: 149 LE/Month

All bundles are available in 3 payments terms:

- 1 Month

- 3 months advance payment: customer get Free ADSL router

- 6 months advance payment : customer get Free ADSL router + Free USB + free 2 GB free usage preloaded on the USB

And for the first time in Egypt you will never reach your fair usage with the new” reset option” that will keep the customer enjoy original speed by one click from his figure.

· What is the Reset option?

The reset option is a new service exclusively from Etisalat for     the first time in Egypt that allow the customer to reset his speed in case he reaches the fair usage limit (after reaching the fair usage limit the connection speed the connection dropped from the original speed to 128 kbps ).

Customer can use the reset option using Etisalat portal either up to 5 times added to his bill, or unlimited times by using scratch cards using Etisalat portal also.

· I am an existing unlimited ADSL customer and I want to migrate to unlimited light package, shall I pay migration fees?

Normal unlimited bundles (512 kbps, 1 Mbps, 2 Mbps) customers who want to migrate to unlimited light shall pay 50 LE migration fees.
